  • Event information: event details, location, dates, ticket pricing
  • Registration information: guest name, email, phone, payment method selected, custom form responses
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser and device type, IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the TixReady platform
  • Process event registrations and generate PDF tickets
  • Send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, event updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With event hosts: guest registration details are shared with the host who created the event
  • With service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Resend (email), Stripe (payments) — bound by data processing agreements
  • When required by law: in response to valid legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Event and registration data is retained for 2 years after the event date. You may request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@tixready.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), and row-level security in our database. However, no system is completely secure — use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected breach.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, or data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@tixready.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
