1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TixReady ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. TixReady is provided by TixReady, Inc. ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
TixReady is an event ticketing platform that allows event hosts ("Hosts") to create events, manage guest registrations, and process offline payments. Attendees ("Guests") can request tickets and receive branded PDF tickets upon host approval.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@tixready.com.
4. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for: (a) the accuracy of event information; (b) collecting offline payments directly from Guests; (c) complying with applicable laws, permits, and regulations for their events; and (d) communicating changes or cancellations to Guests in a timely manner.
5. Payments and Fees
TixReady charges a platform fee of 5% on ticket sales processed through the Platform. Offline payments (cash, Zelle, Venmo, check) are collected directly between Host and Guest — TixReady does not process or hold these funds. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to online transactions via Stripe.
6. Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Host. TixReady issues tickets as proof of registration; the Host retains the right to refuse entry. Refund policies are set by the Host — TixReady is not responsible for Host refund decisions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TixReady to: (a) create fraudulent events or misrepresent event details; (b) harass, threaten, or defraud other users; (c) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; (d) interfere with the Platform's security or functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
TixReady and its logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of TixReady, Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TixReady, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or event cancellations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
